The Details

Chocolate Fountain Heaven requires a signed contract and a $200.00 deposit in order to reserve a date.
Additional travel charges may apply, depending on the location of the event.
Balance of contract is due no later than 15 days prior to the date of the event.
Additional time is available at a cost of $35.00 per 1/2 hour.
Fruit & other condiments are NOT included in our package.
Reservations are first come first serve and a date is not considered reserved until your $200.00 deposit is received.
Deposits can be made by mailing a check, or online using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Prices do not include 6% state sales tax.
